  • Dietetics services at EPSA may include nutrition assessment, counselling, education, and personalised dietary planning.
  • Dietary recommendations are designed to support your health, medical conditions, and lifestyle goals.
  • Changes to diet or nutrition may result in temporary or unexpected effects, including changes in:

  • Exercise Physiology services at EPSA may involve:

    • — Individualised rehabilitation programs
  • Exercise programs are designed to improve your health, physical function, and wellbeing.
  • All physical activity carries some level of risk.
  • Possible effects may include:
